You can upload files (such as doc, pdf, jpg, gif, bmp, ppt, xls, mp3, rm, avi, mpg) to your web folder that you can link to on any page on your website.
In the control panel under the My Content tab, click the page you wish to add a link to a file, and go to the Text/Image feature.
In the text box:
Write a word or phrase in the text box that lets visitors to your website know they should click the text to download the file. For example, "Click here to download file".
Highlight the text as this will become the link visitors will click.
Click on the Link icon in the menu.
A new window will open as below. Click the "Browse Server" button to continue.
Another window will open as below. Click the "Upload" button next.
This will open an additional window that will show the contents of your computer. Find the file on your computer and select it and then click the "Open" button.
You will then see a screen showing you the upload progress.
Once the upload is completed, you will see an icon with a name representing your uploaded file. Double click the file to select it.
This will return you to the previous window, but now the URL box will contain the link to your document. Click on OK to continue.
This will lastly return you to the text box, but now the text that you previously highlighted will still be highlighted but also underlined to represent that it is now a link. To save the change and update your site with the link, click the Submit button.
