If you want to upload video on any page on your website the best thing to do is first upload your video to a free service such as Youtube.com. Once you upload the video, you need to copy the EMBED code they give that"s associated to the video and paste it on your website (on any page).

Follow the instructions below:

Step 1:

In your control panel, go to the Text/Images section of the page where you would like the video to appear.

Step 2:

Click on the "Source" button to work in the source mode of the edit window. After pasting your code, click again on source.

Step 3:

Press submit.

What this will do is actually display the video where ever you paste the code! The advantage of using Youtube is that you can upload videos that are up to 100mb and they can accept multiple video extensions. Example AVI. MPG.
